Quality Control Module

This module enables you to record and track material malfunctions, with links to system documents (e.g., service calls, GRVs, work orders) and to serialized parts. You can document the severity, location and status of the malfunction, as well as keep track of its resolution process. The module includes a status log, the quality appointee decision, work hour reports for repairs, and a link to the malfunction document. The malfunction is directly linked to a Material Review Board form, which tracks the work and decisions of board members and sends them automatic e-mails until the malfunction is resolved.
The module also allows you to run laboratory tests and to document the results of quality control analyses (COAs).
Also included is a set of reports for tracking and control, including exceptions and malfunction distributions.
