Description
The Changes Log module enables the logging of data changes in Priority forms. The log is maintained together with an electronic signature and time stamp. It can be predefined to record all changes or partial changes per column, per type of change, including Insert, Update and deletion of records. The module includes set of reports and forms for interrogating the log and presenting the data and is required in the FDA validation process.
