Document Scanning

1. Single entity scan - allows work stations with a Twain scanner to scan documents and store them as attachments, such as drawings, contracts, price lists, etc. The module is available for a range of different Priority forms, including:

• Invoices - sales and purchase orders for both customers and vendors
• Quotations, inventory transactions and more

2. Batch scan - allows work stations with a Twain scanner to scan documents barcoded by Priority and automatically attaches the scanned documents to the relevant records. For example:

• Shipping documents will be printed from Priority with a barcode
• Documents are returned signed with proof of delivery
• Vast amounts of signed documents are inserted into the scanner feeder
• Scanner reads each document separately, linking them as attachments to the relevant shipping documents
